Meet Princess Castleberry

Princess Castleberry builds the leadership capacity most organizations are losing to stress, misalignment, and stalled decisions—before it costs them growth, trust, or talent.

She disrupts the behavioral risks that trigger burnout, conflict, and decision fatigue—equipping leaders to perform under pressure and lead with clarity that lasts.

As a global keynote speaker and strategic advisor, Princess is reshaping how fast-growing organizations navigate pressure and build capacity from the inside out. Her proprietary Live, Lead, and Build Leverage™ framework helps leaders eliminate inefficiencies, make sharper decisions, and recover from chronic stress before it becomes cultural.

Before founding her experiential learning firm, Castleberry Global, in 2019, Princess spent over two decades leading enterprise risk and organizational resilience strategies across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions. She worked with global firms like Marsh & McLennan, Pulte Homes, and Kelly Services, delivering expertise in business continuity, insurance, cybersecurity, HR, and wellness counseling.

Princess holds:

  • A Bachelor’s in International Business from Illinois Wesleyan University

  • A Master’s in Training and Development from Oakland University

  • A Certificate in Wellness Counseling from Cornell University

She’s also a proud alumna of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business. Today, she partners with corporate clients, professional associations, and entrepreneurial hubs to drive capacity-centered transformation at scale.

A Voice That Challenges and Connects
